Puka Nacua ‘s girlfriend has asked a court to confirm that the NFL star is the father of her unborn baby, TMZ Sports has learned.
According to records we obtained, Hallie Aiono filed a petition to determine parental relationship against Nacua in Los Angeles County on June 16.
In the documents, Aionio stated that she was 19 weeks pregnant—and wanted a court to confirm her child with Nacua. She also asked the court to grant joint legal custody, but to give her full physical custody and only visitation rights to Nacua.
Additionally, she requested money from Nacua for “reasonable expenses” related to the pregnancy and birth – as well as legal fees.
It’s unclear why the documents were filed… Just a few weeks ago, in mid-May, the couple appeared to be head over heels in love. In a video she posted to her Instagram page, the couple was seen revealing the sex of their unborn baby before sharing a sweet kiss.
We reached out to Aiono’s lawyers for comment, but have not yet received a response. Meanwhile, Nacua’s agents told us on Tuesday that “we have no comment on the situation.”
Nacua, 24, and Aiono first went public with their romance in 2022 — and while they’ve kept much of their relationship private over the years… they’ve been spotted together many times at Rams games and other sporting events in Los Angeles.
