Jennifer Aniston is rumored to be dating hypnotherapist and life coach Jim Curtis after they were spotted on vacation together last week and now some past comments have resurfaced.
The 56-year-old Friends actress recently opened up about starting hypnosis!
In a recent interview, Jennifer spoke about how she is using hypnosis to overcome her fear of flying.

“I have an extreme fear of flying,” Jennifer told Travel + Leisure in an April 2025 interview, adding how she has some superstitions, like stepping onto the plane with her right foot and hitting the outside of the plane with the palm of her right hand.
“But I’ve been doing some hypnosis lately, and one of the requirements is to remove all these superstitions,” he added. “I’ve been doing no right hand, no right foot—and now it feels shockingly good!”
Jennifer also said that meditating on board helps her!
During the July 4th holiday, Jennifer was spotted in Mallorca, Spain with Jim and some other famous friends.
Fans noticed that Jennifer posted one of Jim’s books on her Instagram account in May 2025 and that she also recently liked one of his posts.
