In a new social media post, the model and her professional soccer partner, Cristiano Ronaldo, show off their famous figures while relaxing in a hot tub. “Recovery Con mis 2 Amores ❤️,” she captioned the Instagram Snap. Many fire emojis followed as her fans embraced how stunning she is. How does she approach diet, fitness, and self-care? Here are her top tips for staying in shape.

Georgina enjoys cooking. She prepares healthy meals for herself, her partner, and her children. “We tend to eat the same thing because we always eat together,” she told Instyle . “My signature dish is lentils with chorizo sausage,” she said. She recently created the tortilla de patatas for her followers. However, she will cheat from time to time, especially if her baby daddy is away. “If he’s with the team or traveling for an away match, the kids and I spoil ourselves. We order pizzas, for example. Or we stuff ourselves with popcorn,” she revealed.

Georgina’s workout buddy is Cristiano, with whom she regularly hits the gym. She confessed to Women’s Health that she was initially “embarrassed” to train with the athlete. However, she prioritized accompanying him—and it shows!

Georgina is all about Bikram Yoga, an intense form of the practice. Why should you try yoga? “Researchers found that people who practiced yoga for at least 30 minutes once a week for at least four years gained less weight during adulthood,” says Harvard Health . “People who were overweight lost weight. Overall, those who practiced yoga had lower body mass indexes (BMIs) than those who didn’t. The researchers attributed this to mindfulness. Mindful eating can lead to a more positive relationship with food and eating.”

Georgina enjoys running on the treadmill and at the beach. According to the Mayo Clinic , running is excellent for cardiovascular health, muscle building, and weight loss. “For every mile, the average person burns approximately 100 calories,” they say.

Rodriguez says you don’t need expensive equipment or heavy weights to exercise. She uses resistance bands, a great tool for increasing the burn. They’re especially useful for leg and lower-body workouts. In this video, she demonstrates different leg exercises at home with a resistance band placed above her knees.
