Você está levando o pop brasileiro global agora. Como é estar carregando sua cultura através das fronteiras?
Parece incrível. Nossa cultura é rica, vibrante e cheia de vida, e quero que as pessoas em todos os lugares experimentem essa energia e autenticidade. É incrível ver como a música pode nos conectar além das fronteiras, e tenho orgulho de fazer parte desse movimento. Toda vez que eu toco ou trabalho na minha música, ele inspira outras pessoas a aprender mais sobre nossa cultura e me sentir conectado a ela, não importa onde elas estejam no mundo.
Escândalo íntimo é mais do que um álbum; É uma montanha -russa visual e emocional. Qual foi a parte mais selvagem ou mais inesperada de dar vida ao palco?
Como “escândalo íntimo” é tão pessoal e cru, eu não percebi o quão poderoso seria trazer essa energia para o palco até que fizéssemos. Então, ver as pessoas reagindo tão apaixonadamente foi uma parte inesperada (mas esperada!). Você sabe? Quando os fãs começam a cantar a letra comigo, perdendo -se na música e vibrando … como se estivessem vivendo a história também. Sinto que não estou apenas me apresentando, estou compartilhando uma parte real de mim mesma, e é isso que a torna tão especial.
Este álbum se tornou o mais transmitido do Brasil no Spotify de todos os tempos. Em que momento você percebeu que não estava apenas fazendo música – você estava fazendo história?
Look, honestly, I think I realized when I saw these numbers keep climbing. That’s when I realized what I was creating resonated on a different level. It made me feel proud and grateful, like all the hard work, passion, and honesty I put into my music was truly making an impact. It’s an unforgettable feeling to know I’m part of something bigger and inspiring to express myself.
Visually and sonically, this album feels bold, personal, and cinematic. What was your guiding light when creating it?
When creating “Intimate Scandal,” my North Star was always authentic and genuine to me. I wanted the visuals and sounds to be that way because I believe that’s how I express what’s real inside me. I aimed to tell my story honestly, blending my personal experiences with a larger, almost film-like vibe that takes people on a journey. The goal was to create something my fans could hear the music, feel deeply, and see the story behind every sound and image.
Brazilian music is having a moment on the global stage, and you’re right in the middle of it. What does it mean to you to represent Brazil internationally?
It’s honestly a tremendous honor. Right in the midst of this wave of Brazilian music taking over the global stage, I feel proud and inspired. It means a lot to me to represent my culture, my roots, and all the rich sounds of Brazil on an international level. It’s a way to show the world that Brazil has a lot to offer, and I hope to be a positive voice for my country while inspiring others to embrace their own culture and identity as well.
Is there a part of Brazilian culture, music, fashion, or even food that you wish more people around the world knew about?
Of course! I love Brazilian food and think the world should try it. Classic examples for me are Cheese Bread, Feijoada, Brigadeiro, and Quindim. It’s impossible not to fall in love once you try it.
