A court official told the US Sun: “Their divorce has been granted and the judge will be signing that order later today.”
The official noted that despite the marriage having ended, the former couple is still fighting over custody and other issues.
“They already have an existing case, so all of that will be heard yet,” the official added.
A source close to the case told the US Sun that Jenelle was not in court to hear the news as her lawyer appeared on her behalf.
Regarding the Certificate of Absolute Divorce or Annulment, the date of marriage is noted as September 23, 2017 and the date of separation is February 16, 2024.
The couple share a daughter, Ensley, with whom they are currently fighting for custody.
Last summer, the former Teen Mom 2 star moved her and her three children across the country to Las Vegas, and away from her ex David, who remained in North Carolina.
