Persona 5: The Phantom x Version 1.1 is coming Thursday, July 10 with potentially new characters and story content.
The first update is on its way, but what’s actually in it is a bit unclear. All we know so far is when the update will arrive, but since Persona 5: The Phantom X has already been released in other regions, we can make an educated guess as to what’s coming.

Persona 5: Phantom X will be down for maintenance on either Wednesday, July 9th, or Thursday, July 10th , depending on your time zone. Here’s exactly what time the global servers will go down in your time zone:
Make sure to use up your stamina before maintenance begins, as the global server is expected to be down for seven hours!

Persona 5: Phantom X will return from maintenance with the version 1.1 update on Thursday, July 10 at the following times:
Maintenance is expected to take seven hours, but since this is the first update for Persona 5: The Phantom X, we’re not sure if the update will take the full seven hours. It’s possible the update will complete early or experience some issues, but use the times listed above as a general guideline.
What’s new in Persona 5: The Phantom X Version 1.1?
There is no official patch at the time of writing this post, but the official Persona 5: The Phantom x X account teased the addition of Two Phantom Idols .
The two Phantom idols are none other than Minami Miyashita, Codename Marian, and Yui, Codename Bui. Minami Miyashita is a medic with the Bless attribute, capable of dispelling debuffs on party members. Yui is an assassin with the Electric attribute and focuses on follow-up damage.
On previously released servers, both characters were released in subsequent patches, so global version 1.1 may include a mix of updates from older server versions 1.1 and 1.2. Versions 1.1 and 1.2 originally added events, game modes, side quests, and updated town life actions and velvet trials.
Additionally, we got to see the continuation of the main story at Miyazawa Palace, so make sure to catch up with the story before the update!
