Anna Camp is speaking out in defense of her relationship with Jade Whipkey !
The 42-year-old actress and the 24-year-old writer and fashion designer made their red carpet debut at the premiere of Anna ‘s new film Hard Bride last week.
After the event, Anna thanked Jade for joining her, writing “To my girlfriend @jadewhipkey for being my date and making me shine.”
A few days later, video of their red carpet appearance surfaced on Instagram, featuring their age, and the comments were met with a lot of criticism over their 18-year age gap. Anna took to the comments to address the criticism.

“I thought I’d jump in here… and just say that I’ve dated men exactly my age and Jade is way more mature than any of them,” Anna wrote . “We have more in common than anyone else I’ve ever dated and I can literally talk about anything and everything ♥️ Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I’m wishing everyone well 🙂 Especially this pride month 🌈”
Anna and Jade’s red carpet appearance came a month after they went public with their relationship on Instagram. However, they’ve been together for much longer. In February, they appeared in a TikTok video where they talked about their worst dates, and Anna referred to Jade as “babe.”
