The trailer for the new season of Anthony Mackie and Stephanie Beatriz ‘s Peacock comedy series has been released!
The two actors are back for the second season of Twisted Metal , which premieres later this month. Other cast members include Joe Seanoa So, Will Arnett So, Anthony Carrigan So, Mike Mitchell So, Saylor Bell Curda So, Patty Guggenheim So, Tiana Okoye So, Richard de Klerk So, Michael James Shaw , and Lisa Gilroy .
Here’s the synopsis for season two: “The stakes couldn’t be higher as John Doe ( Mackie ) and Silent ( Beatriz ) risk their lives to compete in a dangerous demolition derby tournament. The prize? A single wish, your biggest heart’s desire, granted. The only problem is, sixteen other drivers have wishes of their own.”
Read on to find out more…Following the revelations at the end of season one, John and Quiet find themselves at the deadly Twisted Metal Tournament, a sinister demolition derby hosted by a mysterious man known as Calypso. While trying to survive an attack by one of the two, they reunite.
Twisted Metal season 2 premieres with three episodes on July 31st on Pavão followed by new episodes every Thursday through August 28th.
