A Real Housewife is rubbing salt in a very fresh wound for Denise Richards …
As you probably know, the actress is divorcing again. Her husband, Aaron Phypers, filed in Los Angeles on Monday, citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason. The news came as a shock to many fans. Even Denise didn’t see the breakup coming and felt “totally betrayed” by Aaron, as the couple agreed that divorce wasn’t an option for them. It didn’t matter that they absolutely “hated” each other; they were together until death did them, or so she thought!
However, one person wasn’t surprised by the news of Denise’s divorce from former co-star/alleged lover Brandi Glanville ! A source revealed to OK! on Tuesday that the Bravo personality “has a soft spot for Denise and was sad to hear” Aaron dumped her, but she “wasn’t surprised” by the outcome. Why? To understand, let’s back up for a minute because Brandi and Denise have an extremely confusing history together!

RHOBH fans will remember that Brandi spent the entire 10th season swearing up and down that she had an alleged affair with Denise! The encounter allegedly began just 10 days after the Wild Things star married Aaron in 2018! Wow! The Brandi Glanville Unfiltered Podcast host claimed that Denise had an open relationship and had threesomes with Aaron and other women. However, when the castmates hooked up, the Starship Troopers star was reportedly more concerned about her being found out than her hubby.
Denise denied everything, insisting she never slept with Brandi. But to this day, the former model stands by her story. Because of Denise and Aaron’s alleged dynamic, as well as the affair drama, Brandi isn’t shocked that the marriage is over! OK! ‘ s source explained:
“Denise did her dirty and she can still sympathize, but, you know, the old saying is when you’re [allegedly] bringing someone else into your bed, they say the marriage is dead. Once that pineapple [allegedly] turns upside down, divorce is on the rise.”
Just to add a dig, the insider noted that it also “doesn’t help when you start wearing jackets upside down to cocktails and bringing your own personal tequila.” OMG. Remember that whole scene from RHOBH season 13 ? Denise was a mess, slurring her words, making weird expressions, fighting, and more. Could anyone forget the faces she made at the party, though? They were bizarre enough to say the least…

To bring up that awkward AF moment, all is clearly not forgiven! It seems Brandi holds a grudge against Denise after the affair scandal! The source continued:
Denise has been gone for a while, and the way she treated Brandi was brutal. She went after Brandi’s agent and got it. She went after Brandi’s job and got it. Brandi was demoted. Finally, she went after Brandi, and in the end, she didn’t let her go either. [Cohen] definitely seems to have his favorites.
Whelp, the spinoff show probably isn’t going anywhere after Aaron and Denise’s shocking (to everyone except Brandi) breakup! Brandi might have to deal with another season of Denise Richards and her wild things ! And hopefully, fans will get the lowdown on what the hell happened between the couple if it’s renewed!
