In 2023, John spoke to Rolling Stone about his weight loss journey and revealed that he has lost a total of 200 pounds since deciding to get healthy over a decade ago.
While speaking with Rolling Stone , John revealed that walking his dogs was his favorite way to stay active. Before the COVID-19 pandemic, John said he enjoyed boxing to stay in shape, but became “lazy” during the lockdown.
John previously shared that he’s keeping his weight loss journey quiet, just in case he gains the weight back, joking that he’ll start “eating Crisco out of the can with a spoon and a side of powdered sugar.”
