Kanye West’s former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta is making more allegations about the 48-year-old rapper.

After initially suing Kanye in 2024 after he allegedly sent her vile texts and videos before firing her, she filed a second amended complaint this week, alleging Kanye committed assault, battery, stalking, sexual battery, sex trafficking, false imprisonment, and more.

Lauren says during a business trip, they were at a hotel in San Francisco while launching her Donda school, and Kanye started making unwanted advances. She says she tried to reject him, but he kissed her on the mouth and asked questions about what her vagina looked like.

She said things also took a dark turn at a writing session for a new album in his hotel suite, where he allegedly masturbated and touched his vagina before falling asleep mid-sentence while talking to her.
Kanye then allegedly showed up at her hotel room and demanded she let him use the shower before walking out the door. She claims he forced her onto the bed, pinned her down, and forced his penis into her mouth. She also claims she begged and pleaded with him to stop and “froze in shock and fear.”
He finally stopped, apologized and left the room, according to the claim.
