Kylie does a lot of cardio. She’s a fan of the OG Stairmaster, walking forward, and she also works her obliques by walking sideways. She’s also a runner. In March 2021, she shared a photo from a 3.5-mile run/walk to her Instagram Stories. “A beautiful day in the neighborhood,” she captioned the snap of herself, showing off her flat abs in biker shorts and a sports bra.


Kylie is one of many stars who is a fan of the 12-3-30 treadmill workout routine. She sets the treadmill to a 3.2 incline and runs/walks for 30 minutes. She considers this her “warm-up” when she does a home workout. She once shared a clip of her workout on social media. Walking on an incline burns more calories than brisk walking or even running on a flat surface, so many experts suggest increasing your incline. A 2013 study even found that walking at a 2-7% incline increased heart rate by almost 10% compared to running on a flat surface.


Kylie is all about strength training. She does a variety of strength training exercises using machines and exercise bands. Her favorite ab machine is called the Elevate Core, which allows her to do a variety of ab exercises on an incline. She also does hip abductors with the exercise bands. Kylie keeps variety at every meal except breakfast. “Lately, every morning, I’ve been eating the same thing,” Jenner said, revealing that she was obsessed with eggs, avocado, and turkey bacon. “A typical lunch for me—I can’t eat the same thing every day—but I love lime chicken with vegetables,” she added to Harper’s Bazaar. “Sometimes, I’ll make myself some tacos,” she continued. “Today, on set, I ordered a steak burrito and some rice, some enchiladas. I was feeling Mexican food vibes today. It really depends.” She also loves peach tea, bone broth, raw celery juice, and an iced vanilla latte with oat milk for breakfast.


Kylie works out no matter what. “I never find myself in a gym. I find myself on my bedroom floor, looking up, Google or Pinterest, exercises—and doing sit-ups, lunges, squats. All that good stuff,” Kylie revealed during an interview with Harper’s Bazaar. She works out every day, sometimes twice, she revealed in a recent Instagram video.
