Michael C. Hall is stepping out for the premiere of the new Destro spinoff series!
The 54-year-old Golden Globe winner joined co-stars Uma Thurman and Peter Dinklage on the red carpet at the world premiere of Dexter: Resurrection on Wednesday night (July 9), held at Alice Tully Hall in New York City.
Fellow cast members in attendance included Jack Alcott So, David Zayas So, James Remar So, Ntare Mwine So, Kadia Saraf So, Dominic Fumusa So, Emilia Suárez So, Eric Stonestreet and fiancée Lindsay Schweitzer So, David Dastmalchian So, Reese Antoinette So , and Erik King .
Here’s a synopsis: Dexter: Resurrection, a sequel to Dexter: New Blood , takes place weeks after Dexter Morgan ( Hall ) takes a bullet to the chest from his own son, as he wakes from a coma to find Harrison ( Alcott ) disappearing without a trace. Realizing the weight of what he put his son through, Dexter deploys to New York City determined to find him and make things right. But, closure won’t be easy. When Miami’s Angel Batista ( Zayas ) arrives with questions, Dexter realizes his past is quickly catching up with him. As father and son navigate their own darkness in the city that never sleeps, they soon find themselves in deeper than they ever imagined—and that the only way out is together.
Dexter: Resurrection is scheduled to premiere with the first two episodes on Friday, July 11, streaming and on demand for Paramount+ subscribers with the Paramount+ with Showtime Plan. It will then premiere that Sunday, July 13, at 8:00 PM ET/PT on Showtime! Watch the trailer here!
