A new lawsuit reportedly filed earlier this month claims Diddy allegedly threw the notoriously large semen-covered shirt at a man. Now, it’s been revealed that the same lawsuit also accuses the late rapper’s son, CJ Wallace, of playing a role in a separate alleged incident involving the music mogul. Here’s what the alleged victim is accusing him of…

Details on the new sexual assault lawsuit against Diddy and CJ Wallace
The perpetrator, identified as John Doe , was allegedly lured to the location by a group of men, including CJ Wallace, using a vehicle belonging to Combs’s corporation, according to the complaint, obtained by TMZ . Doe claims he thought he was participating in a business opportunity. Instead, he was allegedly ambushed and taken to a room where Combs was waiting.
The lawsuit further alleges that Doe’s head was held down by others while Diddy attempted to force oral sex on him, yelling that his bad boy career was over as punishment for a previous confrontation. Doe believes the attack was photographed as “humiliating evidence” and says she was later taken home by CJ Wallace, entrepreneur Willie Mack , and others while still suffering from the trauma.
Doe mentions a notorious large shirt incident in lawsuit
The lawsuit doesn’t stop there, however. Days before the alleged riot TV attack, Doe told Page Six that the incident occurred in September 2020, when he, Diddy, and a few others visited a Los Angeles warehouse where Biggie’s belongings were being stored.
After the drugs were allegedly supplied, some people wandered through the warehouse, while Diddy and Doe ended up in a room. There, the lawsuit claims, Combs was watching adult content on his phone. He then allegedly looked for an item of clothing to masturbate with. This led him to grab one of Biggie’s old shirts.
After allegedly ejaculating, Diddy allegedly threw his shirt into Doe’s lap, laughing and proceeding to say, “RIP Biggie.” Additionally, the plaintiff also describes a sit-down meeting where Diddy groped him and made explicit threats of sexual violence.
Doe Says He Felt Betrayed After Alleged Attack, Diddy’s Lawyers Respond
Doe claims CJ Wallace, Mack, and others promised him business deals to smooth over his issues with Diddy. But these were just a ruse to lure him into the attack. Now, Doe is seeking damages from Wallace and all the defendants. He claims the ordeal left him emotionally scarred and betrayed by those he trusted.
Diddy’s legal team has now responded to the lawsuit, telling the publication:
“Mr. Combs’s trial and acquittal on the trafficking and Rico charges proves what we’ve been saying all along: Mr. Combs never sexually assaulted or trafficked anyone […] But Mr. Combs will not back down. He will fight as long as necessary to win his full claim.”
Combs’ recent legal victory and upcoming sentencing
The new lawsuit comes after a nearly two-month RICO and sex trafficking trial concluded. In a federal case that concluded on July 2, Diddy was found not guilty of racketeering conspiracy and two sex trafficking charges involving Cassie and another woman, known as “Jane.”
However, the jury convicted him of two counts of transportation for prostitution under the Mann Act. His sentencing is scheduled for October 3, and with time already served since his 2024 arrest, Diddy’s team is seeking a lighter sentence.
