Jana Kramer’s husband Allan Russell is sharing some intimate details about their sex life.
Allan made a TMI confession while appearing on the latest episode of iHeartRadio’s Mourn with Jana Kramer podcast.
For those who don’t know, the 41-year-old singer and One Tree Hill actress married the 44-year-old former Scottish footballer in January 2024 after a year of dating.
Allan says that since he started his relationship with Jana he stopped pleasing himself.

“Since I met Jana and we subsequently [gotten] married and had a baby and stuff, there’s no sense — and I can be really honest about this — there’s no sense in me actually masturbating. We have, what I think, is a healthy sex life,” Allan said (via Us Weekly ).
Allan says he loves “making love” to his wife.
“So there’s a part of me [that] is like, I know it’s going to come, so I’m not going to ruin it by doing what I need to do selfishly for myself to diminish or ruin what we have together. So I just don’t feel like doing it because I’d rather have her, than go into the bathroom or whatever and masturbate,” Allan added.
Allan said he would “masturbate a lot” when he was single, but he doesn’t seem to do that anymore.
Jana recently revealed that Allan doesn’t want her to film sex scenes while acting.
