Her incredible hourglass figure has seen her openly admit that she has had breast augmentation in the past, having her first surgery when she was just 19.

In new photos, Kylie – who is dating actor Timothée Chalamet – was seen hitting the beach in St Tropez with sister Kendall in a white bikini and sarong, wading through the water as they walked on the sand.
But as she gazed out to sea, a revealing photo revealed she has surgery scars under her bust.
A fan shared the photo on Reddit, with the blunt caption: “Awww/ewwww 🫣 that scar! Why would you do that to yourself?”
However, while the cruel title was mostly ignored by fellow Redditors, speculation soon grew about what she had done and why fans hadn’t seen the scars before.
One wrote: “I used to wonder how she didn’t have scars on her social media because she clearly had a boob job from the beginning. From what I gather, duh, they’re edited.”
Others believed that the red scars were from a more recent surgery and as a result, it had not yet healed.
“I actually don’t think this is from getting implants. It looks too long. It could be a mastoplexy (breast lift) scar,” said one.
“As someone who has had her boobs done, my scar is small and much less noticeable than this. This looks fresh,” noted another.
While a third said: “The scar is awful for sure, but I think a lot of us would get some kind of augmentation if we could afford it. Not as extreme as Kylie, but I would definitely tweak a few things.”
The new photos come after Kylie admitted she regretted getting her first job at such a young age – and encouraged others to avoid it.

Speaking on The Kardashians Reality show in 2024, Kylie said: “I had beautiful breasts. It’s just beautiful.
“Perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wish I obviously never made them to begin with.”
The star cried as she said: “I wish I had never done them to begin with. I recommend anyone thinking about it to wait [until] after kids.”
However, the star has learned to be open about the work she’s had done in the past, even taking to Tiktok in June to respond to a fan who asked for more information about the type of surgery she’s had.
Taking the question like a champ, Kylie replied: “445cc, moderate profile, half under muscle!!!!! Silicone!!! Garth Fisher!!! Hope this helps lol.”
