Young and the Restless July 14-18, 2025 spoilers see Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) go completely broke and Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is busy cheating on people.
As we always do on the day we start editing, we first talk about what’s coming up for the rest of this week.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Nick and Sharon’s Plot vs. Phyllis and Cane
On Wednesday, July 9th, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) convinces Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) to find out if Phyllis is on Team Cane if she declares her loyalty to him. Nick also asks Sharon to try to tease out any secrets Phyllis has about knowing Cane and what he’s planning. Nick and Sharon also have a bit of romance. We were promised they’d get closer in France. Sharon is actually hoping for something a little more romantic than Phyllis’s schemes, but Sharon will do as Nick asks.
Phyllis then tells Cane that she’s loyal and eager to see everyone melt down, but she’s also poking at his jealousy over Damian Kane (Jermaine Rivers) and Lily Winters (Christel Khalil). Phyllis says his fixation on Lily is a distraction and he needs to focus on the big plan. Cane insists Lily won’t distract him, saying, “Of course, he didn’t expect to win Lily back so quickly.”
Young and The Restless Spoilers: Cane defends Colin
Anyway, Cane insists that Lily fell out with him because of Colin, and Cane tells Phyllis that he got close to her father while he was receiving money from Devon Hamilton (Bryton James). And Cane insists that Colin has truly changed while facing his death and helped him create the Dumas empire and make it successful and legitimate and everything. Cane also insists that Phyllis has yet to prove her loyalty to him.
And then she tells Cane that the Newmans know he can reach the outside world and are buying up property in Genoa City and the old Chancellor divisions. Cane is absolutely stunned. She knows. He says there’s no way the Newmans could reach anyone on the outside.
Y&R Spoilers: Phyllis Plays Smart
Now, Phyllis holds a nugget. She won’t tell him that Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) climbed the mountain. Cane orders her to find out how Newman found out what he was doing, while also trying to deny that he’s doing it and denying that he has the secret Wi-Fi.
Sharon Corners Phyllis com perguntas sobre cana e onde estão suas lealdades. E Phyllis admite que ainda está decidindo porque todo mundo na cidade de Gênova a trata como uma porcaria. E as coisas podem começar a mudar para Claire. Além disso, ela tem muita vergonha de ter saído pouco antes de seu pai, Cole, respirar o último suspiro dele porque estava enlouquecendo. Isso é grande coisa emocional. Kyle acabou na França jogando com Audra Charles (Zuleyka Silver) em vez de ao seu lado. Então, ela vai se abrir para Holden e ele está nessas ordens de cana para se aproximar muito dela. E a questão é: ele aproveitará a dor de Claire e ficará muito, muito perto dela?

Young and the Restless: Murder Mystery and Shifting Aliances
I hope everyone returns to Genoa City before the middle of the month. We still promised ourselves a murder mystery. Josh Morrow said so himself. I’m back to thinking it’ll be Chancellor Chance (Conner Floyd) who dies because he’s in France for no reason. And Connor Floyd left The Young and the Restless to go work on Days of Our Lives . And he left the CBS soap a few weeks ago. So his time is up, unless they just send Chance away and never mention him again, which they did. They did it with Paul Williams (Doug Davidson).
Holden, Claire, Audra, and Kyle experience major changes that change their lives forever in the coming weeks. Adam and Chelsea prove their loyalty to the Newmans, and it seems they’ll be able to outwit Holden because they know his agenda and he doesn’t. Victoria is in absolute despair.
She’s really struggling without her mother Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) there. Will they hold off on the memorial until the Newmans return? Plus, since Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) came to check on her and Audra is crossing the lines soon, I wonder if we’ll get a repeat of Victoria and Nate. Maybe 2.0.
Young and the Restless Spoilers: Spiraling Mariah
Mariah Copeland (Camryn Grimes) is about to lose Tessa Porter (Cait Fairbanks) and Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei) as they approach her. Mariah choked the old man, but we don’t know if she killed him or if she stopped him because the flashback didn’t really specify. Either way, it’s attempted murder or murder, and that’s not good. Lily will rub her new romance in Cane’s face, and this could lead him to further push his plan to take everything from everyone.
