Teyana and Aaron were rumored to be together after being spotted at events in early 2025. The singer confirmed their relationship with the release of a brief promotional film for her upcoming album that features Aaron .
“I feel like you have to handle me like a teacup. How would you walk with a teacup versus how would you walk with a bottle of water?” Teyana said in the interview. “With a teacup, you walk slower, you’re calmer, you’re more delicate, and even when you sip, what happens if you drink the tea too fast? You burn your tongue.”
Teyana went on to compare herself to a cup of tea and said that Aaron understands that about her.
“I’m a cup of tea, and I feel like he treats me like one. He’s very, very kind. It allows me to feel warm and feel safe, and not be in survival mode,” Teyana told Complex about her relationship with Aaron .
