Her hilarious, unfiltered TikTok had the internet in stitches! The video was so popular that it eventually caught the attention of Bey and her mother, who connected her with five-story tickets to see the show in Washington, D.C.

Tina Knowles and Beyoncé’s Sweet Gesture
On Wednesday, July 9, Tina Knowles shared a heartwarming Instagram post revealing how she and Beyoncé helped Ida after her viral request:
“I gave me your granddaughter and this adorable grandmother came to DC for the show! Bey and I bought them tickets. They had a blast. She’s hilarious!”
Tina wrote. Her post featured a portion of Ida’s original video. Then, it cut to Ida serving up a full look at her cowboy. She was stomping and shuffling like she was one of the backup dancers, folks! In a clip posted to her Instagram, Ida was also seen dancing up a storm during “Riiverdance,” with her loved ones cheering her on as she danced like no one else.

In February, Ida had TikTok abuzz with her raw, unfiltered plea for Cowboy Carter tour tickets. “Look, Beyoncé, we support you so much. No, we’re some poor, *******,” she said, cracking up everyone in the room. “Beyoncé, I’ll give you my address so you can send me five tickets.” She continued, counting down her team.
“Five. I need them immediately.” At 84, Ida kept it real with Bey, saying, “I can’t afford to see you anymore, I’m 80 years old […] We can’t afford you anymore.” She even threw in a side rant about Bey’s manager before circling back, “Anyway, Beyoncé, we need some tickets. We’ve hit some hard times.”
The video racked up millions of views and clearly reached the right audience. Tina and Bey didn’t just send tickets; they gave Ida and her Fam Floor seats to kill in DC.
